Festival Info

The festival runs from July 19th to 21st July 2019 at Weeze Airport in Germany’s NRW region.

Every citizen of PAROOKAVILLE must be at least 18 years old – no exceptions due to safety reasons!

You need two things for check-in onto the festival area/campsite:

  1. PAROOKAVILLE Ticket (e.g. Regular Full Weekend VISA)
  2. Your valid identity card (also possible: passport or driver’s license – nothing else!)
    Student cards, health insurance card, etc. are NOT ACCEPTED!

Have the printed tickets and the ID card at the City Gate ready for inspection. Since the PAROOKAVILLE VISA (tickets) are personalized, only people will gain access, where the ticket name (“Ticketinhaber”) and the name on the ID document are the same. NO EXCEPTION!

Attendees with the combi-ticket festival and any kind of the “home of the brave” campsite can commute between the campsite and festival site any time. These attendees may only leave the site via the “Campsite” Check-In / Check-Out!

All attendees not holding a festival and campsite or Comfort Camp combi-ticket are only permitted to enter and leave the festival site one time per day (hotel guests and day visitors, etc).

Food and/or beverages may not be brought onto the festival site. Free drinking water is available at several locations, and there is a large selection of food and beverages on-site at festival-friendly prices.

There will be lockers at the festival ground and the campsite to keep valuables. Each locker has space for 2-3 summer jackets (50cm x 25cm x 25cm). Locker can be bought online as an Add-On or on the ground. You can find all locker places on the festival map shortly before the festival.

There will be a sufficient number of large toilet areas in PAROOKAVILLE. As in the past, we have comfortable water-purged vacuum toilettes. The toilet areas are well distributed, easy to reach for everyone and are cleaned several times a day. The use of all toilets is free of charge.

Since the health of our citizens is close to our hearts, you will get free drinking water at three places in PAROOKAVILLE. We will announce the exactly positions shortly before the festival in the City Map.

At all food and drink booths as well as almost all attractions in PAROOKAVILLE tokens are used to pay. You can get the tokens at our Bank of PAROOKAVILLE and pay them via cash, EC- or Credit-Card. Tokens can only be exchanged at the Bank of PAROOKAVILLE on the festival grounds or the campsite. Please note the indicated opening hours. An exchange / return after PAROOKAVILLE 2019 is NOT possible!

You can buy Token (Booze Bag includes 23 Token) before PAROOKAVILLE 2019. Citizens who have ordered Booze Bags in advance can collect them from Thursday on at the Bank of PAROOKAVILLE on the campsite (if they have a Campsite-Ticket). After the opening of the festival grounds, the Booze Bags can only be picked up at the Bank of PAROOKAVILLE at City Gate 2 on the festival grounds. It is not possible to exchange or refund Tokens from Booze Bags!

For medical emergencies of all kinds, paramedics and emergency workers are on site around the clock. Please leave the escape routes and emergency exits for the rescue service free at all times! If you are dependent on medication, please bring them in the original packaging together with a medical certificate. Necessary cooling facilities for medicines are available at the Johanniter on site.

We do our best, to make sure that we can all celebrate the weekend of our lifes at PAROOKAVILLE together. Too much alcohol or illegal drugs can end the party faster than you like. So, already take care of you and your friends at the entrance. In addition, we pursue a zero-tolerance policy! Anyone seen with illegal drugs, e.g. during the security check at the City Gates or the controls at the festival, will immediately be handed over to the police and will have no more access to the festival.

Overnight stays on the parking lot (also in the cars!) are strictly forbidden.
ATTENTION: All vehicles, which are still in the car park “Tagesbesucher” after closing the festival grounds on Monday morning (22.07.19), will be towed at charge! The parking lot “Campsite” must be vacated by 18:00h on Monday evening at the latest.

Resale Shop.

Ticket holders have the option of offering their ticket for resale via the personal MyTicket-Portal. Since more and more ticket fraudsters are on the marekt, we ask all ticket interested parties: NEVER BUY TICKETS FROM OTHER PLATFORMS! Only in the Resale Shop you have the guarantee on 100% real tickets, secure payment and customer support on the part of TicketPAY. We do not guarantee the availability of your desired tickets! Furthermore, ticket-interested parties may have to accept additional costs!

How: Simply go to your personal MyTicket-Portal and click on the menu point "Resell". There you select the ticket to be sold and click on "Resell". Then simply fill out the resale form and click on "start resale". 
Personalization: A personalization of the ticket is not required in advance! If a ticket is already personalized, you also have to upload the corresponding ID card and accept an additional re-personalization fee of €30,-.

Price determination: In general, the tickets can only be resold at the original price plus a 17,5% processing fee. The seller can decide who pays the 17,5% processing fee (seller, buyer or 50/50). We allow the seller a margin of 10% to get back ticket fees. Thereby we hope to counteract the black market with horrendous usurious prices.

4 tickets can be ordered per person (e.g. 4x Regular Full Weekend Visa + Mellow Fields).

The following payment options are available during the order process:

All credit card customers are advised to have the security standard 3D Secure enabled before the ticket sale. This authentication method minimizes fraud risks in the e-commerce sector.

Mastercard customers ("Mastercard SecureCode") can get further information at www.mastercard.de and Visa customers ("Verified by Visa") at www.visa.de! Information are also available at the respective house bank.

Add-Ons (e.g. Parking Tickets, Locker or Bill Parooka Donation) can either be ordered directly in the ordering process or can be purchased at any time by the customer via the personal MyTicket-Portal. Further Add-Ons (such as bungee jumping or booze bags) will follow in the coming months.

You can buy some Add-Ons at the event venue as well. In that case you must expect additional costs.

Note: Add-Ons do not need to be personalized (except Bill Parooka Donation) and cannot be resold through the TicketPAY Resale Shop.

For security reasons, each ticket purchaser must personalize the tickets to a ticket holder. This personalization takes place via the personal MyTicket-Portal of the ticket purchaser. All tickets must be personalized until tuesday, 30th April 2019, 23:59h.

Tickets that are not personalized until 30th April 2019 will be personalized to the customer automatically! This applies to non-personalized tickets, which will be taken back from the Resale Shop after 30th April. They are personalized after withdrawal from the Resale Shop to the ticket purchaser.

If you buy tickets after the personalization deadline, you have 14 days to personalize them.

Example: You have purchased a total of 2 Regular Full Weekend Visa and forget the personalization until 30th April 2019, 23:59h. From the 1st May 2019 BOTH tickets will be personalized to you automatically and only you will get access to PAROOKAVILLE with the tickets. For the re-personalization of the second ticket to a friend, a fee of €30,- will apply in any case from the 1st May.

In general, re-personalization is not possible. In the event of e.g. illness or exams, re-personalization can be requested through your MyTicket-Portal. In this case €30,- per ticket would be due. Would you like to resell your ticket? Then simply use the Resale Shop of TicketPAY. 

Online re-personalization is possible until 16th July 2019, 18:00h, afterwards your ticket can only be re-personalized at the festival entrance at the Trouble Shooting Container of TicketPAY. Please use the following document: Link.

Campsite Info

Base Ground is the classic PAROOKAVILLE Campsite known from the past years, directly touching the festival site. Here you will find the legendary market place as the central meeting point with the PENNY DJ Tower, numerous shops and food stands. Everything according to the motto: Move together and party!

Mellow Fields is the right place to be if you want it to be a little quieter. This campsite offers the perfect mix of relaxation and partying. In the middle of the Mellow Fields there are food and drink offers. The Base Ground can be reached in about 10 minutes via a forest path. The Mellow Fields offer more space for tents, a quieter location, caravan pitches and additional attractions.

ATTENTION: New Check-In System!

In addition to more check-in counters, arriving citizens will be divided into different rows. That means:

Handgepäck/ Hand baggage: Here all citizens with little luggage may queue (everything a person can carry alone).

Sperrgepäck/ Heavy baggage: Here all citizens with a lot of luggage and handcarts, wheelbarrows, benches etc. have to get into line. Please expect longer waiting times! The more complicated the luggage is packed, the longer the security check will take!

Wiedereinlass/ Re-entry: Re-entry rows for citizens who have already checked in. So if you have to go back to the car, you don't have to get into line again in the big queues. However, the following also applies here: No hand carts and bulky luggage in the re-entry rows!

ATTENTION: Long waiting times are to be expected during the morning. Recommendation: Arrive in the afternoon!
The check-in is possible until 01:00h at night without any problems.

Every campsite visitor must check-in at the particular campsite (Check-In Base Ground/Check-In Mellow Fields) and set up his camp there.

A cross over to the other campsite is not possible. But you can meet at any time at the pre-party, on the market place on the Base Ground or on the festival area.

The PAROOKAVILLE Campsites offer enough space for all visitors. Nevertheless, the capacities are limited and we ask all of you to take up only as much space as necessary, especially if you take your pavilions with you (see the regulations under Pavilions)! Help each other! In order to set up the tents as space-saving as possible, the following is a guideline: In a 2-3 person tent at least 2 persons should stay overnight. Large (team) tents with more than 8 sleeping places are not allowed! Our security staff will check the tent sizes at the check-in to the campsites.

You can of course bring your own tents, sleeping bags, camping mats etc. with you. Alternatively, tents and equipment can also be bought at the PENNY Store on the campsites for a small fee. The instructions of our security staff must be followed at any times! In order to guarantee a space-saving setup, the Campsite lots will be gradually opened by the security staff as soon as an open plot is sufficiently filled with tents. Since the Campsite filling is dynamic, it is not possible to plan how quickly and in which direction the Campsites will be filled.

NEW: At the Base Ground Check-In, there will be an information desk where you can turn if you can't find a pitch for your tent. It will be open on Thursday from 12:00-23:00h and on Friday from 8:00-22:00h.

Motorhomes, cars, trailers etc. are strictly forbidden! What is allowed in the Caravan Empire can be found in the Caravan Empire Info.

Classic pavilions (3×3 meters) are permitted for groups of 5 or more people. Our security staff will also check this, both during check-in and during the set-up. Instructions from our security staff must be followed at all times! In the PENNY Camp only pavilions received from PENNY can be set up – additional pavilions are not permitted.

The heart of our campsites! In our PENNY Stores you can find everything that makes the festival visitor's heart beat faster - and all this at PENNY discount prices. This year again there are two big PENNY Stores - on the Base Ground as well as on the Mellow Fields! Shopping at the PENNY Store can be conveniently paid for by EC-, credit card or cash.

SPECIAL: Do you need cash? No problem! Our PENNY Stores pay up to 200 Euro free of charge in cash on the EC card from a purchase value of 20 Euro.

Note: The consumption of food and drinks brought along is only permitted on the Base Ground and the Mellow Fields, but not on the festival site. Furthermore, there is an absolute glass prohibition everywhere!

Hungry at night? Even on the Mellow Fields you don't have to worry! There will always be a night desk at the PENNY Store where you can get the most-sold products (also on Monday).

The PENNY Camps are separate areas next to the popular PENNY Stores. For the first time there will be two PENNY Camps in 2019 - one on the Base Ground and one on the Mellow Fields. The upgrade can be booked via the personal MyTicket-Portal (only available in addition to the "Regular Full Weekend Visa + Base Ground" or "Regular Full Weekend + Mellow Fields"). Tent and accessories become the property of the buyer after check-in. Information about the PENNY Camp can be found here.

One day before festival start (Thursday, 18th of July) there will be our legendary Pre-Party again – besides our PENNY DJ Tower we will open Desert Valley, too, including all its attractions like the Desert Valley Stage and the Casa Bacardí.

The PENNY Square on the Base Ground and the Desert Valley are accessible and within walking distance for both the Base Ground and Mellow Fields as well as all Comfort and Deluxe Camp visitors after appropriate security and access checks.

The market place on Base Ground as well as the chill out areas on the Mellow Fields offer enough seats and relax possibilties.

All visitors of Base Ground and Mellow Fields have to book the parking ticket „Parking Campsite Full Weekend“. 

On the festival area and on the campsites there will be powerbanks as well as lockers to store valuables. Each locker has space for 2-3 summer jackets (25cm x 25cm x 50cm). The locker can be bought as an Add-On before the festival or on site while stocks last.

All locker & powerbank stations can be found on the festival map shortly before the festival.

To wash off the sweat from dancing, you can use our familiar festival washing troughs and our numerous shower containers located on the Campsite. The washing troughs (with drinking water) can be used free of charge at all times. The shower cabins with warm water can be used for a surcharge for each shower (1 token; free for VIP attendees). Be sure to take advantage of our Shower-Happy-Hour from 05:30h to 08:00h for half the price (1/2 Token).

All toilet areas are conveniently located so that you can easily reach them in only a few minutes. All toilets are free of charge and cleaned several times a day. In the case that new toilet paper is needed or a toilet needs to be cleaned, please notify the cleaning team on-site.

There is always a touch of adventure to PAROOKAVILLE! This is why electricity is only available for hair dryers or shaving at the shower containers. Smartphones can be charged with the help of Powerbanks at the charging stations, but you need to bring your own charging cable.

Attention: No electricity generators of any kind or car batteries are permitted on the campsites! Our security staff will also check for this during check-in. If you want to listen to music from your own speakers please observe the regulations under the heading “Music”.

You can pay for purchases at the PENNY Store with cash, your EC debit card or by credit card. Showers and powerbanks on the Campsites will be paid with Token (1 Token = 3,50 Euro). Token are available at our Bank of PAROOKAVILLE, where you can also stock up on Token for the festival site since everything on the site is paid with tokens as well.

During the officially posted Bank of PAROOKAVILLE business hours you can exchange your token for cash again. For informational purposes the precise regulations for token exchange will be publically posted. EXCHANGING TOKEN FOR CASH IS NO LONGER POSSIBLE ONCE PAROOKAVILLE 2019 IS FINISHED!

Grilling with disposable and three-legged grills is fundamentally permitted in front of the tent, but must be supervised at all times. The use of grills and gas cookers inside tents is strictly forbidden due to the danger of asphyxiation! ACUTE DANGER!

Please note that the use of ethyl alcohol, petrol or any other combustible liquids is strictly forbidden! The use of commercially available solid charcoal igniters is permitted in accordance with their usage instructions. Grills may not be left unsupervised while burning or burning out. Charcoal is not permitted to burn out on the grass or in the normal rubbish containers. There will be special grilling charcoal containers where charcoal must be disposed of. If poor weather threatens we will inform you in good time and we may be forced to temporarily ban grilling.

In the event of fire notify the Security staff immediately. Security staff will be on hand throughout the entire event on the campsite at the designated locations on the map. Gas camping cookers may only be used with gas cartridges (screw-on canisters and valve cartridges, for instance like those from CampingGaz) up to a maximum filling weight of 450 grams. Camping cookers that use liquid fuel are not permitted. In addition, open fires and campfires are fundamentally forbidden, as is bringing pyrotechnic materials of any kind! Our Security staff will check for this during check-in.

A festival is all about music, so of course recorded music can be played and listened to on the campsite. However, no aggregates or car batteries are permitted. Smaller Bluetooth speakers are permitted as long as they are operated using the batteries from the manufacturer. No self-built extra batteries or the like are permitted! Please respect your campsite neighbours with the volume of your music. The PENNY Tower will provide live DJ sets and other music for the entire campsite for 5 whole days!

Lost items can be turned in or picked up from the Lost-&-Found Offices at the Info-Points on the campsites and on the festival site at any time. Lost items that are not picked up by the end of the festival will be transferred to the Lost&Found Office of the city of Weeze and can be picked up there.

All Add-Ons can be booked in advance through your personal MyTicket-Portal. More information here https://parookaville.com/en/tickets/.

Please help us keep the PAROOKAVILLE Campsite clean by disposing of your rubbish in the rubbish cans and containers regularly! To ensure that this all works better, there is a rubbish deposit of 10 Euros which is already included in the price of your ticket. When you check in at the campsite you will receive an empty rubbish bag and a corresponding rubbish deposit coin. As soon as you hand over the full rubbish bag and the rubbish deposit coin at one of the rubbish collection points, your 10 Euro deposit is refunded to you.

Here you go, straight and to the point: All glass bottles and glass containers represent an injury hazard and are therefore prohibited! Extensive inspections will be conducted during your check-in. Beverages and food in Tetra packaging, PET bottles and cans are absolutely OK. And of course you can also get all the beverages you need at our PENNY Store on the campsite. Cosmetic articles (such as perfume, deodorant, make-up) in glass containers are also prohibited and will be confiscated by our Security staff and disposed of! Shisha pipes are generally permitted, but only with acrylic bowls. Confiscated glass bottles and glass containers will not be stored at the entrance and cannot be picked up later!

Animals are great, but they don’t belong on the PAROOKAVILLE Campsite!

Security inspections (including “frisking” and bag inspections) will be carried out by our security staff. Please only bring the minimum that you actually need and open your bags so the searches can be carried out as quickly as possible. The following objects are prohibited on the campsites and the festival site and will be confiscated and disposed of by our security staff:

  • professional photo, film and video cameras and recording equipment
  • corrosive, combustible or colouring substances (such as spray paint cans)

  • commercial, political or religious objects of all kinds (such as banners, signs, symbols or leaflets)

Confiscated objects (such as glass bottles) will not be stored at the entrance and cannot be picked up later!

For the first time we offer the Caravan Empire on the Mellow Fields in 2019! This offer can be booked as an Add-On to your Mellow Fields Visa.

In addition, there are occasional parking spaces within a radius of 10-15 kilometres. Overnight stays in caravans or camper vans on our parking areas are prohibited.

Comfort/Deluxe Camp

The Comfort and the Deluxe Camp are the perfect campsites for those who don't feel like lugging around and setting up, but want to check into quality tents ready to move in when they arrive. There are also chill-out areas, separate and free showers and parking for residents.

The Deluxe Camp offers the highest quality accommodation with real beds. In addition, all Deluxe Campers can expect some little surprises on the Campsite. Welcome to Paradise!

All Comfort Camp & Deluxe Camp visitors have access to the Base Ground and Mellow Fields as well as the Thursday pre-party at the PENNY DJ Tower and in the Desert Valley. Access from Deluxe Camp to Comfort Camp is possible but not vice versa.

Every visitor must check in at Check-In Comfort & Deluxe. Please pay attention to the signs at the check-in desk where you have to queue for which camp. The printed festival ticket will be scanned there first. After the security check you will be assigned your accommodation at the reception. We try to consider all booking requests, but we must point out that the existing structure of the accommodation can not be changed.

There is a lounge with bar in the Comfort Camp/Deluxe Camp. Of course you can go shopping in the big PENNY Stores on the Base Ground and on the Mellow Fields at any time.

Multiple decorated Chill Out Areas with comfortable seating areas and awnings are set up in the Comfort Camp/Deluxe Camp. Therefore, it is not allowed to bring and set up additional pavilions.

The Comfort Camp/Deluxe Camp has its own parking lot. All Comfort Camp/Deluxe Camp guests receive a certain amount of parking tickets free of charge in the booked package. The ratio is always 2:1. This means that a 2 people ticket package receives 1 free parking ticket and a 4 people ticket package includes 2 free parking tickets.

All tents at Comfort Camp/Deluxe Camp are already built up and ready for your stay.

Pavilions are gernerally prohibited at Comfort Camp/Deluxe Camp.

A selection of lockers is available. Valuables can be stored in lockers free of charge in the Comfort Camp/Deluxe Camp. As a deposit for locker we need to charge 3 token (=10,50€) which you will get back after finishing the use of it. The locker can be used during the opening hours of the Comfort Camp/Deluxe Camp.

Important: Only as long as stock lasts!

All showers (single cabins) and toilets can be used free of charge all weekend long.

Electricity is available depending on booked accommodation in Deluxe Camp. For the Comfort Camp powerstations can be booked as an Add-On in your personal MyTicket-Portal as long as stocks last.

Attention: No electricity generators of any kind or car batteries are permitted in the Camp! Our security personnel will also check for this during check-in. If you want to listen to music from your own speakers please observe the regulations under the heading “Music”.

Grilling with disposable and three-legged grills is fundamentally permitted in front of the tent, but must be supervised at all times. The use of grills and gas cookers inside tents is strictly forbidden due to the danger of asphyxiation! ACUTE DANGER!
Please note that the use of ethyl alcohol, petrol or any other combustible liquids is strictly forbidden! The use of commercially available solid charcoal igniters is permitted in accordance with their usage instructions. Grills may not be left unsupervised while burning or burning out. Charcoal is not permitted to burn out on the grass or in the normal rubbish containers. There will be special grilling charcoal containers where charcoal must be disposed of. If poor weather threatens we will inform you in good time and we may be forced to temporarily ban grilling.

In the event of fire notify the Security Personnel immediately! Security Personnel will be on hand throughout the entire event on the campsite at the designated locations on the map.

Gas camping cookers may only be used with gas cartridges (screw-on canisters and valve cartridges, for instance like those from CampingGaz) up to a maximum filling weight of 450 grams. Camping cookers that use liquid fuel are not permitted. In addition, open fires and campfires are fundamentally forbidden, as is bringing pyrotechnic materials of any kind! Our Security Personnel will check for this during check-in.

A festival is all about music, so of course recorded music can be played and listened to in the Comfort Camp/Deluxe Camp. However, no aggregates or car batteries are permitted. Smaller Bluetooth speakers are permitted as long as they are operated using the batteries from the manufacturer. No self-built extra batteries or the like are permitted! Please respect your camp neighbours with the volume of your music.

Lost items can be turned in or picked up from the Lost-&-Found Offices at the Info-Points on the campsite and on the Festival Site. Lost items that are not picked up by the end of the festival will be transferred to the Lost-&-Found Office of the city of Weeze and can be picked up there.

Add-Ons can be book via your personal MyTicketPortal. All additionally booked items (refrigerator, beanbag chair etc.) can be picked up at the reception after showing the corresponding ticket.

Here you go, straight and to the point: All glass bottles and glass containers represent an injury hazard and are therefore prohibited! Extensive inspections will be conducted during your check-in. Beverages and food in Tetra packaging, PET bottles and cans are absolutely OK. And of course you can also get all the beverages you need at our PENNY Store on the campsite. Cosmetic articles (such as perfume, deodorant, make-up) in glass containers are also prohibited and will be confiscated by our Security Personnel and disposed of! Shisha pipes are generally permitted, but only with acrylic bowls. Confiscated glass bottles and glass containers will not be stored at the entrance and cannot be picked up later!

Animals are great, but they don’t belong in the PAROOKAVILLE Comfort Camp/Deluxe Camp!

Security inspections (including “frisking” and bag inspections) will be carried out by our security personnel. Please only bring the minimum that you actually need and open your bags so the searches can be carried out as quickly as possible.The following objects are prohibited in the Comfort Camp/Deluxe Camp and the Festival Site and will be confiscated and disposed of by our security personnel:

  • gas cartridges filled with more than 450g of gas
  • professional photo, film and video cameras and recording equipment
  • corrosive, combustible or colouring substances (such as spray paint cans)
  • ethyl alcohol, petrol or other combustible liquids
  • furniture and objects identified as bulky refuse
  • commercial, political or religious objects of all kinds (such as banners, signs, symbols or leaflets)

Confiscated objects (such as glass bottles) will not be stored at the entrance and cannot be picked up later!

Caravan Empire

For the first time we are offering parking pitches for caravans, campers and other sleeping vehicles at our beautiful Mellow Fields. Up to 10 persons (see ‘arrival with a group‘) can set up their own approx. 75m² camp with sleeping vehicles, tents and pavilions. You can book the Add-On with or without power connection!

kinds of sleeping vehicles (e.g. caravans, campers and camper vans), which include a permanently installed sleeping arrangement and which can be driven with the driving licences B and BE (other sizes on request via infodesk@parookaville.com, only). To get access to the Caravan Empires you have to have your Full Weekend + Mellow Fields Visa ready and please, print and fill in the Caravan Empire Add-On which you will receive after the purchase. Per pitch, one Add-On must be bought and only one sleeping vehicle and (if necessary) the towing car are allowed. If the sleeping vehicle exceeds the length of 15m, two parking spaces must be purchased. All other cars must be parked at the normal campsite parking

kinds of cars, combis, trailers and vans which don’t have a permanent installed sleeping arrangements.

The Caravan Empire has a separate check-in, which includes safety checks of all persons and vehicles. Only those who arrives with the vehicle that can be parked on the pitch can be checked-in here. All others have to take the normal Mellow Fields check-in. See ‘arrival with a group‘ below.

If there will be more people camping on the pitch than the car, or the sleeping vehicle has seats provided, the other people must buy parking tickets ("Parking: Campsite Full Weekend") as normal and check in via the Mellow Fields check-in.

ATTENTION: All luggage of all people sleeping on the pitch must be stowed in the vehicle(s) which will be parked on the pitch, as it is not possible to carry luggage from Mellow Fields to the Caravan Empire and vice versa!

The add-on must be purchased once per pitch only. It’s up to you with how many people you would like to camp at the pitch but the maximum of 10 persons shall not be exceeded.

If unauthorized people will build up their tents on the pitch, please contact the security immediately.

In general, there is no guarantee for adjacent pitches. If groups want to be next to each other, we recommend to arrive together as early as possible and to express the wish at check-in. But even that is no guarantee.

Awnings as well as pavilions and sleeping tents are allowed as long as they do not protrude beyond the boundaries of the pitch.

Engines of all vehicles which are placed on the pitches have to be switched off at any time between arrival and departure and thus cannot be used as a power source. Only for arrival and departure the engines may be switched on. If you would like to have power you can easily buy the Add-On ‘Mellow Fields: Caravan Empire incl. power‘.

Power connection: Safety plug 16A / 230V. The distance to the plug can be up to 15 meters, so please think of an appropriate extension cable.

Leaving the pitches inbetween the opening times of the Caravan Empires with the car is not possible! If you want to stay flexible you can buy a normal campsite parking ticket ‘Parking: Campsite Full Weekend‘. On the normal campsite parking it is possible to leave the parking and come back again.

If someone received the right to park his vehicle on the caravan pitches, this is at his own risk. The organizer accepts no liability for damage or theft unless intent or gross negligence are charged to it.

For safety reasons, we reserve the right to controle vehicles on site, both internally and externally, for prohibited items and to refuse those who do not comply with the rules. The costs of the Add-On will not be reimbursed in this case. In addition, personal checks will take place during the transition from the Caravan Empire to the Mellow Fields and back.

Gas cylinders are allowed for cooking at the provided, built-in cooking zones in the sleeping vehicles. The maximum number of gas cylinders is measured by the originally intended locations in the sleeping vehicle. For your own safety, the sleeping vehicle should be checked regularly.

For barbecues the same rules apply as at the Base Ground and the Mellow Fields (to follow in early 2019).

Apart from that the same rules as on the rest of the campsite apply, e.g. no glass.

All info and regulations of the campsites will follow at the beginning of the year 2019.
